You have two things against you.

1. You only have 1gb of ram. Even for XP, it is minimum for this game.
2. Your grahpics card only has 32mb of vram and CA says 128mb minimum.

You can try to find newer drivers for your card. It could help.
You may play with your monitor resolution at 800 x 600 but no bets.

He's sporting an AGP card right now. At best I'm guessing it was new tech when this system was built.

Your monitor shouldn't be a problem and that hard drive will handle the game if it has enough space. Your real problem is the video card - and that's where it gets tricky. From here it looks like your system only supports (at best) AGP.

Now long story short - that's old video technology (around eight years old or so). It is difficult but not impossible to find AGP cards anymore. New AGP cards retail around $40-$80 US around here (on Newegg). You will not be able to find top-of-the-line cards but you should be able to find a card that will play that game. The best I could find were G-force 6200 and Radeon HD 3450. Either should play the game with medium settings.

One more thing - if you do decide to go the upgrade route then you should consider adding another stick of memory in that system. It looks like you'll need a 1GB stick of RAM. If you still have the documentation for that system it should tell you what type you'll need.

Lastly, irishron is right - if you can at all afford it you might consider buying a new computer. That one is a bit on the old side. Good luck!
