RSII won't start.

-Normal Rome Total War patched to 1.5
-Non-Steam
-C:\Program Files (x86)\The Creative Assembly\Rome - Total War
-RomeTW.exe

I installed RTW then patched it to 1.3 then to 1.5 and then followed the installation tips on the forum for RSII. I usually get just past the launcher before it crashes, giving me a mix of the errors:
-Error: Filename doesn't exist : data/animations/SG 01 idle 01.cas
-Script Error in data/descr_skeleton.txt, at line 56, colum 133.
AnimDB: Could not load - 'data/animations/SG 01 idle 01.cas
-unable to find skelton fs_s1_forest_elephant_javelinrider (and some other units)
(Also occasionaly get one saying something about the mount database.)

The launchers "target" and "start in" things are correct, and i have moved the contents of the RSII downloads to my RTW folder.

I have looked through the first couple pages of related issues but i can't seem to find any fixes that work for me. Anybody have any suggestions?

Try installing RSII folders in a new folder on desktop and then copy pasteing them to your RTW folder.
