Nope, not to my knowledge. Only sword-armed infantry count toward the guild. You'll have to capture Bran from Hungary, they usually have one there.

Or you could just build lots of smithies.
Jon had taken Donal and Benjen’s advice to heart: Sam may be fat and pathetic, but he is still a member of the watch, and one of the few black brothers who isn't a rapist or thief. (out of context, this sounds ridiculously racist)

That is a good tactic to get the guild if you don't have sword infantry. Just build and destroy tier one smiths in your fortress and eventually you will get an offer. Adding a high chivalry governor will speed up the process. I use this tactic to get the guild as the Turks. Janissary heavies get awesome with a weapons upgrade.
Officer to a soldier who refuses to fight: There three types of soldiers who don't have to fight. They are called KIA, MIA and POW and you are not one of them.
Tosa will be missed.

Would a unit e.g Cossack Musketeers count as its secondary weapon is a sword?
No. Only heavy infantry armed with swords count for the guild. It should be their primary weapon.
