    Default Silenti mod

    This is just a idea,but i am not going to be a team leader of this mod.
    Ok,story takes pleace at the start of RTW camping,two strange new islands have riesed near Britania and Gaul,the islands have been first discovered by Chartaginian traders.When they seen the skeletons they have sailed away,and the rumors of this new islands have spread.The Romans have sent a secret exspedicion to these islands,they bulded a fort there,but the dead have attacked the Romans with all they have,luckaly the Romans escaped,and returned to Rome to report what heapend,the romans called these islands Insula of silenti(the islands of the dead).
    Silenti unit roster:

    Infantry:

    Skeletons:can sap
    These skeletons are just that,naked skeletons drawn to battle with no armor,no extra training,and they are armed with just a small sword,simple as that.They can be useful,if there is diging to be done,and a lot of these can be dragged to the filed with no effort.

    Skeleton Warriors:can sap,warcry,may charge withaut orders,can hide anywhere
    Skeletons armed with sword and shiled,these skeletons are good if they are fighting against lighter infantry,but can be easely killed if they engage stronger infantry.

    Skeleton Axemen:warcry,can hide anywhere
    Skeleton Axemen are skeleton warriors armed with Axe,a large shiled and a bodey armor made out of steel.
    Some of these skeletons are risen German sailors,who are given back the memorys of using Axe.

    Scythe Warriors:warcry,effective against armor,can hide in long grass,can hide in woods
    These Skeletons are eqiped with a scythe,a weapon that can cut into armor without much effort,still,scythe is a heavy weapon,so these skeletons wear no armor.

    Electus falx(chosen scythe) warriors:warcry,effective against armor,powerful charge,can hide in long grass,can hide in woods
    Elite Scythe warriors are the strongest of all skeletons,large in size,skilled with scythe,these skeletons wear black armor,they are,weary slow thou.

    Undead Pikemen:bonus fighting cavalry,can form Phalanks,can hide in long grass,can hide in woods
    Not many skeletons are skilled with Pikes,but these that are skilled are taken to the ranks of the undead pikemen who wear black armor,black helmits,and even boots,they are the best answer to cavalry charge,and they can form a Phalanks.

    Death Knights(infantry):warcry,can hide in long grass,can hide in woods,hardy
    Death Knights are the best skeleton warriors that alredy proved that they are great warriors.They are armored just like Undead pikemen.

    Skeleton archers:can set arrows to fire
    Skeleton archers are just that,skeletons armed with bows and arrows.

    Chosen skeleton archers:set arrows to fire
    Elite of the skeleton archers become chosen skeleton archers,who are more skilled with bow and ther arrows are sharp and deadly.

    Cavalry

    Death raiders:fast
    Skeletons who ride skeleton horses are the Death raider,even tho that they are not weary strong,they are fast.

    Death Knights:powerful charge
    Elite skeleton warriors that alredy proved that they are great warriors.They can be great against heavy infantry.

    Roman houses are united,but there is still the Senate.

    It takes a long time to make a mod and a team of experts to make one that works. You'd need to give a lot more information to get people even interested. If your looking for a fantasy mod that has a touch of 'evil' in it I suggest 'End of Days' if you want something a bit more fantasy with an original map I suggest End of Days II; Lycan Rising..

    I dont have BI,but these mods look great.
    This is not sopose to be a complicateded mod,but i am going to add new information to the mod later.

    All mods are complicated. It takes at least a year to make a mod with 7 factions even for an experienced team, inc; mapper, modeler, skinners, coders, scripting. And that's if they use existing elements from other mods, to start from scratch will take roughly two years, and that's working almost non-stop.

    This is not going to be a mod with 7 totaly new factions,this mod is just going to add a new nation,the Silenti(skeletons).

    I added Silenti unit roster to the first post.

    Check out Bwian's skeleton horde mod for RTW, it replaces the gauls with skeleton faction

    Well,it just adds a new faction,the Silenti(skeletons),they live on 2 islands near Britania and Gaul.
    The roman houses are united in 1 faction,but still,the senate controls Rome.

    Any mod idea that starts that way is never going to be made, unlikely to even get started. If you want to see your idea get off the ground you need to learn how to mod, at least take responsibility for one area, mapping, codeing ect.

    This isn't an original idea, I've seen at least three fantasy mods with a faction/land of 'Zombies/skeletons/undead' none of them were finished.

    Well...I can make few units,but i am not very good at it...

    Aslo,this idea is mine,i didn't used anyones idea,one day i just touht that creating a mod where there is a skeleton faction woud be nice.
    I am not on this site for 2 years,i am here for like 1 month.

    Units are already available, you can use Bwains, you only need to ask him. The biggest thing you'll need is a map. I suggest you learn how to make one.

    I get that you didn't rip the idea from someone else. But it's still an idea that others have already had.

    ...I can use some Bwains units,only if i knew where to find his Skeleton mod so i can check it out.
    Maybe you can help me with this mod?
