I think this topic is where is should be. If not I apologise.

I just have a few questions on modding revolutions in capitals:

1) Is it possible to mod revolutionary armies so that they can march outside the home region? If so how?

2) If possible, how do you increase the number of spawning rebel armies in your capital region? (Also concerns increasing the amount of units in each army)

3) Is it possible to enable revolutionary armies to recruit units (If they have a rebel general)? I mean weak or average units as it is a revolution.
