Sounds like an error in your SD files (located in the ui folder) i cant explain why some people get an error in this file apart frrom it is a a extremely sensitive file and can easily be corrupted by anti virus programs.
Always recomended when downloading a mod to remove antivirus .
AH what a minute hmm the list you seem to be throwing out is added factions hmm let me guess you use vista or win7 and have not turned off UAC( user acccount control ) as this is most likely case the mod install with uac will have hidden the mods SD files and thus revert to using vanillias which doesnt have ireland jerusalem etc in the main of med2.
Firstly Don't Double or Triple Post. Wait for an answer and if no one responds in like a day then post again otherwise if you want to add something then edit your Opening post for the Love of God or KGCM.
And Local Mods should attend to do this as soon as they see it don't allow cluttering up of threads.
Ok something on-topic now. Firstly reinstall your mod and avoid all these minor bugs.
Read the install instructions that KGCM has but this time make some changes in your windows before doing it.
If using XP then we have to look at it from different angle. If using vista or Windows 7 then UAC is causing problems for you.
If so then read this thread and eliminate your problem.![]()
That is one intense UAC guide- I'll link it in to the FAQ
And I quote from the FAQ:
"The patch does not install properly on Vista. What you need to do is install the patch onto your desktop and then manually copy the files to the KGCM mod folder. Example SEGA\Medieval II Total War\mods\kingdoms_grand_campaign_mod\data. The new faction symbols should now display correctly."
