Long Prebattle speeches

Because of new trait system of SS, the prebattle speech of generals are corrupted(generals can talk only one_liner general speech). This problem should be fixed. I tried but I couldn't solve the problem. I think, the modders of SS may solve this problem. It shouldn't be hard for the modders.

In m2tw/mods/ss/data there is file descr_sounds_db Open it with notepad and by looking at the vanilla version change accordingly so that there are only factions which really speak one liners like in vanilla. After that delete 2 events files in sound folder. Hope this works
