hey i wonder if there is custom settlement for this mod, like orc live in holes, dwarf live in caves and elf live in trees and cities like minas tirith etc.

Not at the moment; those things take an enormous deal of work to be implemented properly, and properly is the only way we're going to implement them, if we ever do.
