    Default Minor Portrait add-ons

*New file! Please redownload. No purple helm and added Novgorodian portrait*

First, hello to all and thank you for viewing this thread.
Second, sorry, it's not my art and just found by google or other search sites. (So, all copyrights to its authors).

My work is just a graphic edit of it to create more accurate portraits for specific captains, generals and other.
I will add some portrait and original art (If have) so you could replace your boring or non-historical portraits.

First of all, Byzantine Captains. Do you think they wear Knight-like Plate armours? Of course, not! Then what wee see in game? Yes, Greek captains are look like western knights.
    I Search and found that:

    http://byzantion.ru/polemos/ByzArm.htm Sorry, russian lang.
IX-XI Byzantium Toxiarie Historical reenactment: Officer, Heavy and Light infantrymen.
I use this art to create captain portrait.

Novgorod Sotnik (Sotnyk) Historical reenactment (Wikipedia has article, he commands a group of 100 soldiers.)

May be good for Novgorod Republic or Kievan Rus.

Alpha-channel Included. Sorry, no eyecandy castle-like background =)
Portrait, card, dead portrait and card included. Extract into your "mods\SS6.3\data\ui\" and replace.
    Ingame shots:
Pack contains replacer for Novgorod and Byzantium.
Please, any suggestions, criticism and what you think about it.
If someone has any another images of captains\officers for another armies and want to have a replacer, just give a link here!

Wow! That's ubercool! Nice attempt, since vanilla portraits are 100% garbage.
Here is a link to help you, as it's author mentioned, it's free for all people so you can easily use that. There is a greatest set of portraits I've ever seen, including crusaders and teutons, so
    please
    please
    please
add that :p(some of those are odd and hilarious though, so you just need to choose some)

Ok, I'll try tomorrow (today I will upgrade my pc, hope it will be succesfull).
I've got some general portraits, made from real photos and art. Over 100 for europeans and over 100 for russian\kievan\poland (and cumans, as they are eastern european faction). They are not best quality, but I'll try to fix them. Generals portraits are easy to create as they are don't need alpha-channel adding =)

From the link I've posted, those are of good quality + there are not only generals but all agents.

The uniforms are about 100-150 years out of date by 1100, but since you're just adding a portrait...spot on, the Romans made great use of kettle helmets. However, near the Empire's end, Roman nobility was using imported Italian plate armor.
