Uniform white out

On some battles, the uniforms are all white. All the coats, but not hats and boots or gold braid and buttons or skin. My French, and the enemy side are all white. This has only happened in the campaign, and only in a few battles. Can anyone get a solution to this?

Turn down your monitor resolution, disable/turnoff all background programs, turnoff the eye candy, don't try to fight six battles before restarting the game, update your graphics drivers, directx 9.0c, .Net 4, Windows Update manually, and after that, there is no fix.

I think background programs are the problem. Thanks.
What is eye candy?

Antialiasing, shadows, grass, depth of field for a few.

cool i got same problem , but i only got it when i got my GTS 250 and weird is that this graphic card is really high amd it makes all games on ultra i dont know
why in ntw it has this problem
