Dwarves are the real enemy of Middle Earth.

Mordor should be ashamed. Since it seems the best thing to do in middle earth is to form an alliance with the dwarves and be on there good side. Since i think the dwarves are pretty much OP right now. See i don't know about you guys, but it seems everysingle game i play the dwaves just conquer all slowly, nothing can stop em.

It always plays like this. Rohan dies by isengard, followed shortly by the Silvan elves who get wiped by modor or OOTM. Then the Orcs of Gundabad slowly conquer Eriador, while the High elves do squat. Gondor able to withstand Harad and Modor untill Rohan is destroyed, slowly gets eaten by the combined efforts of the orc factions. Dale slowly withstands Rhun only to get betrayed by the dwaves. Rhun slowly looses half it's northen grip.

I don't know if it's a balance issue or not but in all my game the dwaves just conquer nearly everything. Nothing can stop them! The only factions who seem to be balanced on the campaign map are Dale against Rhun, and Gondor against Harad and Mordor. Rohan is currently a joke against pretty much everyone. My campaigns always play out the same and it sucks. And you would think after four or so version updates the team would of sorted this kind of stuff out.

Does anyone else have the problem of the dwaves taking control over middle earth. Atleast on my High elf campaign im a Vassal to the dwaves, the Orcs of the Gundabad learned the hardway that if you attack me you face the power of the dwaves, really i had to laugh, Orcs of Gundad pretty much was neutural to me for the entire game. It was busy taking out Eriador who actually is still alive and kicking after taking back three Provinices after the brink of destruction when it only had one left. But Gundabad attacked me then the dwaves kicked in and pretty much after 30 turns Gundabad is no longer, Now the dwaves are taking Isengard to peices, and slowing moving south.

And im able to buy each of the towns off the dwaves for 30000 Gold each without ever having to fight.

So the best thing to do is ally up with the dwaves (no one else) and sit back and let them do all the work.

The dwarves have become a life saver for me. My entire western front was decimated as the Silvan Elves. The Dwarves then betrayed me but I payed them for a ceasefire and an alliance since I had money but no army. Since then they walked over the OoGB and now they are treading south into OotMM territory where I'm also retaking territory. Or trying to atleast. I'm desperately trying to get to Fangor so I can recruit Ents. Rohan is pretty much dead aswell as the Free Peoples. Gondor seems to be dying off aswell. Me and the Dwarves seem to be the last hope. Dale is just tied up with Rhun and not going anywhere.

i agree in some ways, the dwarves in my experiance have never been wiped out or even close, but i have found every game is very different, sometimesrohans gets wiped out, and sometimes they wipe the floor with isengard, i would more likely say that rhun is underpowered as they consistanlty get destroyed first more than any other, in my current game where i am eriador they have been wiped out by the most incredable dale explosion, for once ootmm is almost gone which is new to me aswell so i think that it is fairly balanced as it is other than rhun like i stated earlier

OKay OP is right. Dwarves are taking over everything in the west. They are gonna hit up on Isengard soon. Every dang attempt I make to take back my western front is annihilated by the OotMM. I even sent my king with a full stack of fully upgraded men and he got owned. I lost six generals in one city to OotMM. I'm throwing another full stack at OotMM with a new king with six stars. Although its going to be at that sorry excuse for a town Roshbog or whatever. On a side not Dale finally took out Rhun so maybe they will shift focus to Mordor who is taking it to Gondor and Rohan. But yea the Dwarves man...well they need to help me or GTFO it for a minute.

Ridiculous they attacked the FREE PEOPLES and almost killed them off. They just now turned to Isengard. Mordor and Isengard are taking over. Just when it looks like the Dwarves army next to mine is going to help they run away and I get slaughtered by the OotMM. This is becoming an epic struggle. I love it I just wish the Dwarves would friggin' help out instead of take everything on their own.

But yeah, Dwarves always conquer everything in north. But I think thats only thing that happens always. Sometimes Rohan runs over Isengard, sometimes Gondor owns all Ithilien with high garrisons in mid-game.

This. I've found Dwarves rolling over everyone to be the only constantly reoccurring thing. Good factions more often then not completely dominate north, just because of these little buggers. Even if OotMM and OoG win north early (which usually doesn't happen for me) they're still just as good as dead once the dwarves decide to start making a push. Can't say if they're OP or not, since I can't say for certain that this happens with everyone.

Really? Under a Kingdom that only cares about riches and gold, and themselves?

I believe they can stay in their caves and mines. They're not helping me out when I'm playing as the Silvan Elves... I've been allied to them forever but I haven't even seen them attack OotMM or OoG even once...

Just call an invasion against them. They have only two family members that are both in their eastern regions, so they are always the first to fall in my evil campaigns.

And in good campaigns I never had to war against them so far (contrary to all these stories about them backstabbing) so they never bothered me much.

It annoys dwarven family members so much that all their FM:s die because of psychological problems
