    Default SPQR Needs You!

SPQR in my mind is by far and away the best mod for Rome Total War. The focus on gameplay and all round fun gives greater a statisfaction for the player then anything else. So please if you play this mod and want to show your support then vote here

Vote for SPQR - Best Mod

We are a little bit behind Total Realism at the moment but we can pull it back.

He organises the awards. As he stated in a similar thread , he doesn't think it's completely fair. But anyway , I don't have the authority to speak for Seleukos, so never mind what I said.

Ok I have read his comments and although I respect what he is saying I don’t agree with agree with it. If fans from other mods feel as passionate enough about the mods they like to play as people who play SPQR do then they should make similar threads. It is known as campaigning which is my view is completely fair.

SPQR will end up as a good number two. That's fair enough, considering more people seem to know about RTR.

But the few did more than the many, so SPQR was/is more of an achievement, if we count the persons involved. Let RTR have their votes. They had more resources, more popularity, more people. More of everything. But not the individual touch, the personality, or strong focus of SPQR.

This is not a victory, this is merely a triumphal march for RTR. ;-)

Freddie, I got blasted for this and he closed a lot of the votes for "voters fraud". I hope that has nothing to do with me!

They can blast me all they want, if they wish to remove votes because they don’t like the result then I’m powerless to stop them but I’ll raise my protest in the appropriate forum.

I'm not doing anything wrong, illegal or immoral. I am not blackmailing people into voting for something that they don’t want. All I am doing is getting people to show there support for this mod by voting. What is wrong with that? If you are going to remove votes then what is the point in having these polls?

He said that to me as well by PM. What was the problem then?
