7 Balrogs?!

Um, does anyone know why in Khazad-Dum you have to face 7 BALROGS?! Because I can't beat them, and if I do, it kills Frodo and the campaign ends.

I don't know if this is a bug/glitch but can someone tell me how to beat them?

It's not a bug, you can't have one-man-units.

I also don't know how t beat them. Haven't tried it myself yet.

The game only allows one-man-units in custom battles (such as Sauron) but not in the campaign. So good luck defeating them!

Oh so thats why in CB theres 1 balrog but in the campaign theres 7! Thanks for answering !

The best way to kill the balrog IMO is to use a glitch. Namely take the hobbitry that spawn near hobbitun in turn 3-10(dont know) And then attqack with all units, but use the archers first and fill him with arrows.

You can make it so there is only three in the campaign and one in custom battles. I have been trying to get one man units in the campaign myself, but I am starting to think three is the lowest.

i opposed 10 balrogs in my fellowship campaign
i lost 2 times, but at the third, i killled them all
try to prevent any attacks on frodo, use gimli vs charging balrogs, and fight all your heroes as melee when balrogs are fighting vs gimli

all i used were the 5 Armed Hobbitry units, I still had less than a hundred of them remaining

Use hobbitry-at-arms to destroy the goblin horde and maybe sam. Use Gandalf,Aragorn,Boromir,Legolas & Gimli to wipe off Balrogs. Keep Frodo far away from battle.
BG:s are only way to kill Balrogs
