All together? No.

Bears are not a submod i think
Ents are included in tatw
FROME and VOA are in ReSiros mod (in italian)
ANd will be in Divide and conquer(WIP) which is going to be awesome
I have also heard of a mod called rr/rc which seems poular, havent tried it myself though, but im sure someone will recommennd it sooner or later

Indeed, ReSiros mod has Elements of FROME and VOA, together with some new Factions (Khand and Black Numenorians), some more units for all factions and 40 more regions for the map. Though it's in Italian language, but as far I know the will release soon an patch so that the mod is in English.

RR/RC will need some more time, since PB is bussy in RL.

DAC is in work since I read here (more than a year), but still no release I near future, as far I know.

There are some other mods like AUM, Baron Samedis Mod, etc. But, they are not campatible with each other.

I play FROME and ReSiros Mod at the moment.

However within a week I will release a mini patch that will return 5 / 6 of the game in English, while the rest will translate completely after the release of the patch
