    Default Dark Age Units

    Excellent mod first of all.

    I'm currently about 100 years into my Dark Age Anglo game and I was wondering if I can ever recruit different era units or am I stuck with Dark Age guys for the rest of the game?

    WHen you hit the year 1080, switch to the E (Early era) on the launcher. This will rename all the factions to early era names, and change the units accordingly.

    Please pardon me for being dense but...

    Does that mean we can play the game from the Dark Ages on up without having to start new games in each era?

    Theoretically, yes...I have never tries it myself, but no one has ever reported issues with it.

    I don't think I have an early era event, so you must make the E switch at your discretion...

    If anyone tries to go on to the early, please report any issues. I can easily take are of them. I would like to be certain this works, going into v 4.0.

    So, in theory, it is possible to switch to Early Era before 1080?

    That is correct. It is driven by the launcher.
