Start of a campaign or midgame? Start of a campaign, descr_strat.txt.

It is the start of a campaign.

Then in descr_strat.txt file swap the coordinates of the armies in those settlements and swap the settlement entry under the faction entry.
You can check it's coordinates by console:-
    Code:
    show_cursorstat

The garrison scripts are all linked to given factions for each town (for example Isengard -Isengard (stupid example, sorry ) You don't need to delete the whole script, it will cause no crash, but it may decrease gameplay to see troops spawned if you want to reconquer your own town from your enemy!

I recommend you to change the city's ownership to the faction you want to give it to (and the units to the new faction's units in every related spawn lines), or delete the counter related to the city in the campaign_script.

Rebel faction is also is like a normal one just remove the settlement from it's entry and then add it to the faction you want to give and interchange the coo-rd's of the armies.
