Mercanery war - suggestion

I underestand that you must be fed up with my suggestions but here is the another one (because nobody knows maybe you will like it)

I mean spamming strong rebel (some minifraction could be used too) army near to the Carthige when the time comes or maybe even make some cities (Utica, Caralis) revolt or let them besieged by the rebel armies. I think it could make more chalalenge for Carthaginians in Africa and improve the gameplay

My other suggestion is to add young (0 years old) Hamilcar Barca to the Carthaginian family tree, I thing a lot of people (including me) would like to role play with him again, and it also make possibility for roman players to defeat him in the campaign
