Paved Roads not displaying on Campmap

Hi I am currently playing a 6.2 HRE campaign and this just cropped up

I can build paved roads just fine and dandy on the building selection screen and they are being built, but they aren't showing up on the campaign map.

I have paved roads visibly displayed on the campmap with mouse over as well upto Frankfurt, but further north they just aren't showing up except on the province building list.

Any suggestions anyone ?? pretty please ??

Ps. Its a bit of an immersion issue.

PPs. Not sure if it is a bug- I went to an older save game, and paved roads wouldn't show up in Frankfurt either. Go figure !!

Hmmm, I've seen this issue arise before, but never found a satisfactory explanation for why it happens. I believe it might have something to do with the textures and/or graphics settings. Does it happen even after you save, exit and reload a game? If it does, then I'm just not sure, and you might need to check/find out where the road textures are located, and make sure they are there. Other than that, maybe experimenting with your graphics settings will make them appear more readily. Honestly not sure beyond that.

Thanks a lot for your suggestions- but apparently they weren't required, the paved roads showed up by themselves in a couple of turns- something screwy going on in there.

Still I must take this opportunity to congratulate on your superb mod

- its on the no.1 thing to do after I finish this campaign or reboot my windows which ever comes first.
