How to DELETE one of the Victory Condition?

Hello everyone,

I would like to play in Grand Campaign as United Provinces, but i noticed a strange thing -> UP need to conquer New York....

---> HOW I COULD DELETE ONE OF THE VICTORY CONDITIONS?

---> WHICH LINE IN STARTPOS.ESF I NEED TO EDIT?
