    Default New descr_campaign_db.xml keywords

    Culled these straight from kingdoms.exe. This is all that file has for descr_campaign_db.xml keywords, and some of these are quite interesting, such as shadow_authority_modifier for <rebellion>, and neighbour_normalise_weight for <religion>.

    allow_enemy_forts in <misc> is interesting; maybe it allows or disallows the building of new forts in enemy lands.

    Well there were others, such as the reverse governor piety (which works like RTW management), and the whatever keywords we've been able to scrounge up from the various kingdom mods. Such as new and explicit autoresolve specifications, or stuff like:

    Perhaps we need to just put out one descr_campaign_db.xml out there, with all the keywords possible. It is an enormously powerful file, that deserves this effort.

    have you checked the RozMod descr_campaign_db.xml ?

    it has these - I culled them from all the versions of kingdoms
