Changing Crusaders/Teutonic Order Music

Hello, I'm playing as the Teutonic Order in the Late Era campaign in SS 6.1.
My campaign is going pretty well and I love the mod but there is one thing I'm finding pretty annoying:
The Teutonic Order doesn't have the music from the Teutonic kingdoms campaign. It's using Britannia music!

I like Britannia music but I like Teuton music much more, especially when playing as the Teutonic Order.
When I tried using Lithuania I found that they did use teuton music, so why doesn't the order use it?

I've also noticed that the HUD (the bottom of the screen with the map and stuff) is also in Britannia style (lots of wood) for the Order, instead of the Teutonic style with grey bricks that the Lithuania faction has. Just me but I think the Teutonic Order should be labeled as a Teutonic faction or something like that instead of British.

I have absolutely NO experience at all with modding but I´ve been looking around in the SS files and I found this in the Stainless_Steel_6 -> data -> world -> maps ->campaign ->custom -> Late_Era_campaign -> descr_sounds_music_types folder:

There was a bit more text for southern European and Middle Eastern music but I didn't think that was relevant.

Note how the Teutonic Order is in the list of Northern Europeans, instead of Eastern Europeans. Will moving the Teutonic Order to the Eastern Europe factions fix this problem? I would like some advice from people who know something about game files and modding before trying anything.

Also, I don't know whether changing this will also change the Teutonic Order HUD to Teutonic graphics. The British HUD doesn't annoy me as much as the music, but I would also like a solution for that.

I hope anyone can help me soon, and I hope this isn't a dumb question, but I just like to slaughter the Pagans with the heavy Teutonic music instead of Scottish bagpipes

I'm not really sure that tutorial can help. I don't think it's really dealing with my problem, I'm gonna make a backup and then I'm gonna try and change the Teutonic Order. I'll see if that helps

Right click the text file and select Properties and uncheck Read only option and press OK button and then u can save changes on it.

I moved the Order and the music is now Teutonic. The only other problem is the Britannia HUD, but I can live with that. Thanks for your help!

Yes it does the principle is same.

They both got the same music as the northern factions. Crusaders are in the far middle east and Teutonic Order is up in the eastern europe. Is there any way to chang the music for them two? Iv look in the music file and seen that there both Richard Vaughan.

My post got moved to here, is there any way that somebody could post an music file that change the Teutonic Order and Crusaders music? Like Crusaders music to the middle east music and the Teutonic to the upper eastern music?

Yha iv try to understand it but im having an hard time with it. Alot of files for music. Its crazy in there If somebody could make the Crusaders music to the middle east music and the Teutonic to the upper eastern music that would be nice. Ok here it is attached at the bottom of this post. Place this file where you picked it from and enjoy the game Teutons will have a Eastern European music while crusaders will have a Middle Eastern one like you demanded.

But i would also like you to understand this so in future if someone asks you then you can also tell him on how to do it. It's very simple and takes like 2 secs.

In this file that is descr_sounds_music_types.txt the music that is we hear in game is arranged according to 3 factors:-

• Culture type or simply the main category highlighted in Green color.
• List of Regions mentioned in that culture type or category highlighted in Blue color.
• Lastly the list of factions included in that category highlighted in Red color.

So lets take a sample from this file that is for category southern_european:-

So if one wants to change a music type for a faction type then simply remove and place the faction from say southern_european to another category like eastern_european.
