Other question: I've activated the starpos from episodic 5 to my new mod, but now Great Britain don't have diplomacy relations how can i solve this?

I do not think that this is possible. You mean that in FACTION of startpos Britain has no diplomatic relations? Do you mean victory conditions instead?

I think you are not understanding the starpos I've activated is the last one form the Road to Independence (the one that starts with the fight for Boston), the one that i think you used for your Early American Colonization Mod.

Your problem is that you use the whole file so the game thinks that you are playing episode 3. The attached file is made with your CAMPAIGN_MODEL and the rest of another startpos (hybrid). If you had done changes in those areas you have to redone them but these are easy.

If you have not made many changes in CAMPAIGN_MODEL I would suggest to start over with a file of mine because you will have also have the fog of war problem which is a lot of work too. Send me a PM.

The fie you want. I've made all episodes as playable startpos (well episode 1 and 2 is only for tests). TAR is based on these files also.
