Just a quick note. In my 6.3 game as Portugal, the Children's Crusade is announced in 1208, when it actually happened (sort of) in 1212.

In reality, what I've read casts serious doubt on any sort of actual "Children's" Crusade at all, so I'm of the opinion that it should probably be scrapped altogether. But at the very least, it should be in 1212.

Is this event one of those "It can happen anytime between turn 100 and 120" (like heavy mail, gunpowder, etc.)? If so, does that make any sense? If not, can it be corrected easily? It certainly isn't a big deal at all, just something I've been thinking about.
