Now i disabled UAc in registry and it didnt resolved my problem and this problem is in my computer because in others pc it works.
Dear SigniferOne,
Thank you for this install info. I have many users asking me what to do, I usually respond by asking them to turn off the UAC, but now I will quote your instructions on this thread instead.
Hats off to you old chap,

A General is not so much blamed for making trial of an ill-digested project, as he will be for the obstinate continuing in the same. Therefore the speediest leaving of any such enterprise doth excuse the rashness which might be imputed to the beginning.

I run Windows Vista and encountered a peculiar problem. Initially after installation when I would go to early era campaign, custom battle, historical battle or quick battle I would hit start and nothing would happen. The screen would remain the same but the computer was not hung. I disabled the UAC as instructed above after deleting and then reinstalling 6.3 and 6.4. Now quick battle and custom battle work but the era campaign and historical battle do not. I have not moved ss from out of the program files directory. Does anybody have any ideas what could be wrong. I do not want to uninstall and then reinstall SS 6.3 and 6.4 but will as a last resort. Thank you.
With UAC disabled, install Medieval2 and Kingdoms in C:\Games, patch it, then install your mods.
Yeah I just did all that and its workin(fingers crossed)....Im on turn two as the Kievan-Rus(couldya have guessed)....thanx for the info irish viking dude....6.3 revolutionized Stainless Steel and 6.4 cleans up 6.3...good job all round guys....
You're welcome.
Hey all,
Thx for the tutorial, but i believe secpol is not accessible for people using windows 7 home premium ?
I don't have the msc in my windows32 folder, and saw in other online tutorials on that matter that it works only with some versions of windows 7.
Is there an alternative in that case ? Or must I turn off UAC ?
Turning off the UAC works. I did it right after I installed Win 7.
^^^With the UAC disabled.
Sir Ron i think UAC sends the files to the virtual store folder only when something is installed in windows related folder as in system folder. Outside that, one can install without disabling it AFAIK.
Ishan, personally, I don't take that chance. Some programs written with anything newer than C++ 2005 sends stuff there. Steam for one. Trainplayer for another.
True True & besides doesn't hurts to just roll down the UAC slider.
