ok i wanna lower elite units from like 7 turns to 1 to recruit. i know alot about scritping and editing the EDB and it dosent seem to fix them all.. any thoughts?

No waiting mod optional EDU or install the hotseat zip I posted (which just adds that EDU as submod option) and/or turn BGR off.

just incase you didnt fix it right... open the EDU search for "stat_cost 2" replace with "stat_cost 1". repeat with stat_costs 3-10.
