Unless you intend to follow up with some sort of explanation/pointers as to how we might achieve this; don't you consider this a bit premature yourself?

I'll echo TA in this point.
On the other side, there are plenty of mods that run with Steam with just a little juggle with one or two files, I think we will go this way rather than release an installer only for steam users.

I have the disc version of medieval but I have Rome, Napoleon and Empire all on steam. There is a whole variety of mods for all three of those that run fine on steam so I'm sure the EB team will be able to work out how to do it or be able to ask someone from another mod team
