editing the descr_strat in ss 6.3
I was wondering if I'm doing something wrong, I trying to edit starting improvements in the late campaign for Byzantium, by editing the descr_strat txt file.
But when I start a new campaign this has zero effect.
If anyone can point me in a the right direction I'd appreciate it.

post the file here (Just the Byzantine part of course, helps to put it in quotes so it turns into a tab) Then mene, ishan, bane, or someone else will probably be able to pin point the problem

I was editing the late era in the custom campaign folder, rather than the imperial campaign, despite having read about half a dozen read me's!
