No DLC units in Muliplayer Campaigns??

Playing a recent MPC as Austria i found out that the DLC units from the imperial edition and the coalition battle pack are not available for recruitment. Why on earth not????

thats odd for sure, seeing as having the peninsular dlc allows u to use new spanish units in battles and campaigns

Probably because it would put you at an advantage over your opponent, or would make syncing the different campaign types difficult. Or maybe incompatible saves, if rehosted by the person who doesn't have the dlc?

probably the last reason of those eazyrider.after all, i can use coldstream guards in a single battle against a guy without that option to use them

Thats not true. But for dlc units to work both players must have them in MPC. It makes sense cause of the units recruited by AI factions.

I thought Ai nations always had access to awesome units that we're never able to get?

T'was like that for med 2. Bloody want to shoot them.

i never noticed ai having units unavailable to the human.... o.O
