Script error descr_strat.txt, at line 457, column 12. PLEASE HELP.

I used the -show_err command in my short cut icon and when I checked the error it said.

Script Error
data/world/campaign/imperial_campaign/descr_strat.txt, at line 457, column 12.

Could not create settlement at script line 457.

I've checked the script there and can't find a problem with it. I've uninstalled and loaded a fresh game with deleting the file before installing but I get the same error message.

from what it says the error is where it says "region Etruria"

I no Idea why this error is stopping me from playing the campaign when there seems to be nothing wrong with the script. Can someone more experienced help me in this problem?

Is it vanilla? Is it a mod? What version of RTW?

My vanilla is not it.

Oh, I found out what the problem was. It wasn't with the script in the file. It was a problem in the compatibility files on Windows 7. After deleting all the content except the save folder; the game was able to load the campaign. I don't know why it happens but sometimes I get the same error and deleting those files fixes the problem. I have no problem with the game now. If only I could figure out why the game keeps creating these files every once in awhile that causes the error.

Oh to answer your question I'm running off of vanilla with my own unit mods, added units from the twc site, own map mods, and my own AR mod. Thanks for helping, I noticed you've helped a lot of others while skimming the site for answers to my problem.

Another question unrelated to this post. I have also been trying to add voices to units i have added to the game from downloaded mods. I have a Royal guard spartan unit to compliment my reg. spartan but have had problem getting to new unit to say "Spartan hoplites" while in battle. Same problem for my other added units as well. I have added them into the "export_descr_sounds_units_voice" file but don't know what other files I also need to alter for them to gain voices. Do you have any knowledge of what to do so I can accomplish this? It gets kind of boring when some units just stand and fight like immortals not make a sound at all.

It could be 7's security layer. That is why I have the UAC disabled.
