Can't Start Correctly... Advice?

Whenever I try to start it, it always says:

"The program can't start because mss32.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

I reinstalled, but it still didn't work. Tell me what to do and I'll be able to fix it.

By the way, this is the 2.02 installation. Just re-installled today.

That's not BC-related error. Does your M2TW installtion work normally?

Your system lacks that .dll file, check it on the google.

I'm not really sure now. I've had similar problems in the past, though not with M2TW; I can't recall where to put that file, just check it on the Internet.
