    Default Mordor goes rebel

So right as I enter turn 86 all of mordor goes rebel and mordor ceases to exist as a faction. Is there a random chance thing on this cause the only city I own of theirs is Minas Ithil. There were several family members visible so I know they didnt die out. hmmm. any ideas. Although, this will be interesting to play considering that Isengard and the other orcs have been wiped out, its just Humans V Elves V Dwarves

I remember this happening in older versions after killing the Witchking, didn't think it still did. What version are you running? 2.1 or older?

    Clearly has his priorities straight.

2.1, but I didnt kill anyone, the witch king was inside mordor, and i believe he is actually still alive. I am using Baron's compilation, I apologize for not mentioning that, but ive played many campaigns with it through many many turns and never encountered it. It's actually a cool little twist. I am Gondor

not sure what happened there actually. To me it sounds like the witch-king is dead along with his nazgul. The Nazgul are easily killed because the AI is a HUGE moron. In the first few turns for me as any factions the witch king dies. When i eventually get around to see mordor they usually have 2 orc generals and no Nazgul. I believe they either dominate at the beginning or they are completely dominated by Gondor. For me Gondor usually hold first place for rankings and mordor isn't even on the list because the AI is pretty random on who wins the first few battles on their part.

Yea I kinda just told myself...the ring was destroyed. Tho now that all the orcs and Isengard have been destroyed, with the elves and dwarves with little slivers of territory, its kinda like a fantasy M2TW, not very LOTR feeling.

Hey! Human fights can be fun too!

Now as you've whacked all the evil factions, time to hit Rohan!

Sounds to me just like the Third Age came to an end. Anti climactic, I suppose, but still sweet.

Well the Witch-King did pull a stunt in my favor. He got military access through Rhûn, sneaked past the dwarves and Dale. Captured a small rebel city just to the west of Mirkwood. Me, playing as the Silvan Elves, was happily strolling around my forest when the Counceil asked me to capture that city.

I gathered a relative small army and attacked - surprised to see the Witch-King being stationed there. In the end, however, it just cost me a few more lives, but the Witch-King was dead.

Still, Mordor hasn't rebelled since that, and it's now several turns ago.
