    I forget, was a previous HOI capable of creating countries like Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Ukraine, Belarus, etc. I am actually not sure if you cant create Ukraine but I tried creating Algeria - Tunisa in HOI3 and no luck. Was this part of another game. I kinda want to create new countries. I want to break up Afrika and make independent states. I want to create as many new nations as possible.

    You can in AoD. I just steamrolled the Vichy and Italians today in North Africa, and I had a host of countries I could liberate. Look under diplomacy. Never played HoI3, sorry.

    Might of been AOD I played but I am completely forgetting now what AOD stood for and I cant find any reference for it?
