if you could go back in time and save three celebs from death?

Many celeberties died way too early.

My question is, if you could go back in time three times, and prevent the deaths of three celeberties, who would it be and why?

Anyone that would fit under the arts can be named, which means actors/actresses, writers, comedians and such but not politicians, relatives or your deceased pets. Unless they where also known to the public as one of the above.

It should also be something that could be stopped of course, we cant stop a natural death of old age, and we cant cure cancer.

Here are the three I would want to save from death.

1. Phill Hartman.
A great actor and comedian, also overall a very nice and humble man. Someone who most celeberties could learn a lot from regarding attitude towards each other.
If I could go back in time and save him, I would travel to the states and do whatever I could to get him away from the wife that shot him, I'd kill her myself if he would still be with her the day before his death.

2. Heath Ledger.
A great upcoming actor who was only beginning to explore his full potential. He would have grown out to become a very distinguished actor I am sure.

3. James Dean.
Died way too young. Perhaps its his early death which made him an icon, keeping him forever young. Still I would have been very curious about more movies with him despite him being from way before my time.

Phil Hartman is spot on. The Simpsons was never the same without him.

EDIT: Same goes for Cliff Burton in Metallica.

I'd save Heath Ledger, Carl Sagan and Bill Hicks.

and well, id say dio, but he lived a very long and full life, he made some of the most amazing music that id think by this point he deserves the rest.
Sooo last guy would be Jim morrison.

Bruce Lee - a legend long before his death. Intelligent, well-educated, well-spoken, highly fit, the first and the best martial arts star.

Jimi Hendrix - incredible musician, a genius wasted too soon.

Jim Morrison - a victim of his own bad habits; an unsettled mind, body and soul.

Jimi Hendrix - Who knows what the man would have achieved, he was in his 20's!
