It's been marvellous. He isn't the leader of the Free World for nothing...

They got lucky and hijacked some airplanes. I could of done that drunk. War on terror is BS.

It was good I guess, but I liked the election one a lot better.
This one just didn't seem all that clever and at a few parts the words just fit akwardly with the tune.
Yeah the election ones were the best ones. My favorite part in this one was the part about the Iranian president; that guy really is a nut job. :laughing:Originally Posted by Atheist Peace

I'd hate Israel too if they decided to cut off a part of Ukraine and place it there.
i guess the year wasnt so great for him because people finally figured out that he's an idiot so his approval ratings bottomed out, evetually reaching 33% or something

Being a Republican myself, I really don't understand why Democrats call Bush an idiot. And from what I've heard, in person Bush is actually a very nice guy.Originally Posted by Skyhigh

No, the people who are swayed by silly things way too late in the game are the idiots. Sometimes I almost can't believe how ****ing stupid the american public is.
i base the term "idiot" on his relative laack of speech skills and abilities and his never taking responsiblity of anything and being led by the hand by a group of advisors like Karl Rove or Dick Cheney
for me it is fact, not politics

There are plenty of incredibly brilliant people in history who couldn't give a public presentation for their life, you know. I'm one of them (I'll let you take my word for it that I'm incredibly brilliant)
Bush, nonetheless, is an interesting figure. In many ways I admire him, yet I also find reasons to fault him. To me, at least, he is attempting to tread a path somewhere between fervent idealism and appeasing the voters. I'd prefer he go for the former - the latter just results in a wimpy war policy, a marriage with the religious right, and a tendency to apply the heavy hand of government to solve domestic matters.
Being a good public speaker is a job requirement for being president. It doesn't matter who the republican canadate is, it's always the same old party line with them. Well, I guess not with Bush, conservative running up the biggest deficit of all time....spend spend spend...spend more then any democrat. Doesn't matter who is president in 08, taxes are going up.![]()

Or we could just begin the long and bureaucratically-despised path of trimming the government and all its unnecessary attempts to control the lives of Americans for the public good. But yeah, 2008 will probably just result in tax increases :/
