Where is RR/RC In My Setup?

Just like it says in the topic...I run the setup for my SS6.3 And I get all the options EXCEPT RR/RC. So...where is it? And how do I enable or disable if it even exists?

The "stock" function to switch it off is currently disabled (because it has some unwanted side effects, apologies if I don't cover this in detail as this is the Xth time that I answer that question), RR/RC is therefore always on. If you want to disable it use the No Waiting for 6.3 v1.2 submod which is the current alternative.

Moved to main forum as this question concerns 6.3 and not the RR/RC submod compilation.

Will I be able to enable and disable the RR at will then after downloading this submod? I only want to turn off RR in order to play hotseat games. Guess there is no easy fix/switch. *sigh* Is this going to mean I have to install and then uninstall the mod when I don't want to use it? Seems like a bit of work.
