You're asking if there is somebody else here that is in the USA army to make a tutorial, yes a tutorial about RSII but you're not talking directly about RS, so yes it's off topic.

Alright then. I want to make a tutorial about fighting in RSIi, but i want to be real - not some written by girls or high school kids. Lets show this forum what real fighting is!

So anyone can make a tutorial about this game but me? Is that it?

There is no point in making a tutorial imo because there are so many different ways of doing the campaign.
Some like to grow economically and very slowly... some like to blitz and expand as fast as they can and some just do both.
Some people like to role play and play through the campaign based on real events and some people don't bother.
Some people don't bother expanding at all until they have upgraded all their beginning city's as they like to play a defensive campaign with the odds stacked against them.

It will also vary greatly from faction to faction and will depend greatly on what difficulty setting people use for campaign and battles.

If you can incorporate all of this into a tutorial be my guest but it could be very time consuming.

    I'm sure he did
To you army guys: You don't know how the real battles in classical ages were fought. Even historians only have ideas of how it could be. Warfare has changed in the last 2000 years. Oh, and only that you know: Elephants weren't the tanks and chariots weren't the helicopters of the classical age.
If this post was to sarcastic for you, or you didn't understand this because you're only cannon fodder, I don't really care.
    Thank you for your attention.

Thats a very close minded comment. There are many X "army guys" that went on to be historians. Peter Snow who works for the BBC history used to be in the British army.

But I agree this sould be closed down.

What makes you think people would enjoy playing the military minded way?

Also, you don't need to be a soldier, officer, commander or whatever in order to learn the mechanics of a game. Yes.. it's a game, and it's a pretty old one too, and the AI isn't very smart. It's not the real world, so your tactics are null here.

For roleplay purposes, feel free to write whatever AAR or tutorial, but you don't need to come out with this attitude and tell people how to play the game.

To the moderators: please, close this thread. If somebody wants to make a guide or tutorial, he or she shall do it, but this thread is senseless.

I guess that`s what`s needed to make sure the rs2 campaign is still ongoing 9 years from now.
