2 Mods installed at the same time, possible?

Just a quick question. I do apologise in advance if its been asked before, I did a search but to no avail.

As the topic title states, is it possible to have 2 different mods installed at the same time and still playable seperately?

Yes if they are mod foldered. Kingdoms ones are so no problem there.
