Pope is just like another character so there is no real way to do it.
You can increase the success rate for all of them though.
It's better to give him traits that increases the chances of assassination.![]()
maybe with the trait i_am_pope in export_descr_character_traits.txt
under the effect level 1,Trait IAmPope
