    Default War Declarations

I'm playing with Norway and it happened two times to me that a faction's declares war on me but without any military interaction so i just loose the trade rights for nothing. For example England declared war on me but did nothing to attack me no armies, fleets nothing. So i just loost the trade agrement.Which is very anoying.

Not much you can do about that really. Obviously it has to do with aspects of DLV's scripts and such, but it just reflects the changing nature of your alliances or relationship with that faction. They see an opportunity or are offended by something, maybe send a fleet to blockade your port, and then think better of it and decide not to go further. If anything, its representative of the real world, where alliances could break over silly issues like honor and personality; maybe one of your merchants offended some people in one of their ports or they wanted to hurt your economy, or the fact that you haven't negotiated anything with them in a while, and they attacked just to get your attention....things you have little control over.

OK, long-winded answer, but maybe just keeping a diplomat near your neighboring factions' capitals would allow you to check-in every now and then, give them some florins, share your map info, and maybe that will keep them happy and not breaking alliances/trade deals. Might work, might not.

    Good luck

also if you at the beggining of your game clicked yes to the last slide, wars will happen for no reason and allainces will break for no reason just because the scripts want things to unfold historically like they did.

Check your reputation. It may not seem like it's what dictates everything, but it does influence diplomacy a huge deal. I wrote e big piece back in the day about how to use diplomacy to control whole map with no conventional imperial force. Sometimes, some trivial reason like an army walks on a harbour or a fleet touches your harbour without the player noticing. These direct factors including a wrong move against their friends enemies, a map information with the wrong people can push your allies over the edge (which is again related to reputation). Anyway, watch your reputation. Make sure it's as high as possible (it's quite detailed what you can/can not do), but also keep an eye on their every move. If you do, then no one would dare to touch you.

However, if it's reproducible, then please find out the specifics and/or share the save game.

Thorolf was thus armed. Then Thorolf became so furious that he cast his shield on his back, and, grasping his halberd with both hands, bounded forward dealing cut and thrust on either side. Men sprang away from him both ways, but he slew many. Thus he cleared the way forward to earl Hring's standard, and then nothing could stop him. He slew the man who bore the earl's standard, and cut down the standard-pole. After that he lunged with his halberd at the earl's breast, driving it right through mail and body, so that it came out at the shoulders; and he lifted him up on the halberd over his head, and planted the butt-end in the ground. There on the weapon the earl breathed out his life in sight of all, both friends and foes. [...] 53, Egil's Saga
I must tell you here of some amusing tricks the Comte d'Eu played on us. I had made a sort of house for myself in which my knights and I used to eat, sitting so as to get the light from the door, which, as it happened, faced the Comte d'Eu's quarters. The count, who was a very ingenious fellow, had rigged up a miniature ballistic machine with which he could throw stones into my tent. He would watch us as we were having our meal, adjust his machine to suit the length of our table, and then let fly at us, breaking our pots and glasses.
