Have it ever happend that AI controlled major factions changed their side in your Europe campaign games? Like they left Coalition alliance and then joined France.

Even though Prussia and Denmark aren't in Coalition at the start they're meant to join it very soon or stay neutral. Ottomans, i think, meant to play solo or rarely join France.

Your answers could be useful to me in future modding

Ottoman Empire and Denmark frequently. Which is quite historical.
And in case of other Coalition members this is quite hard because they are scripted to stick together.

Denmark&Ottomans, damn backstabbers. But I saw Prussia and Austria creating a 3rd (and 4th) alliance with themselves only against both France&Coalition...

Austria and Prussia had a war over Saxony in one of my campaigns. Then we had a giant Prussian Giant in the centre of Europe.

In every Russian campaign that I have ever played that lasted more then a year, everybody declares war on me and joins frances side(they get a ceasefire with france(and sometimes even allies with them) and attack in large rows of ignorant stacks). Also while playing as prussia, Russia always betrays me, then soon after Great Britain.

I once played as Britain and France played little role. It was mainly a fight between two coalitions, Great Britain, its protectorates (Belgium, who took over France. Catalonia, who took over Spain. Hanover, who took all of West Germany and Italy, who took over Italy) and Russia against a coalition of allies of Prussia (who destroyed Russia easily), Austria and the Ottoman Empire, all of which were very close indeed and took over half the map. Sweden, Denmark and Portugal remained very neutral throughout.

It was fun, but I wish I'd had more of a fight with France, it lost quite a lot of life after they fell in 1809.

I haven't seen one of the coalition nations join the French yet, but I have seen them make peace with the French and turn on eachother. I'm playing as GB right now, and Russia broke their alliance with Austria a while ago after France stomped the holy hell out of them, taking Vienna and most of their territories except for Croatia and the Balkans. Talk about kicking them when they're down! I invaded Brussels, then took Paris and most of France's original holdings in rapid succession as they were very lightly or not at all defended except for Paris itself. Oddly enough, both Prussia and Russia made peace with France while I was wrecking shop in the west, which was quite annoying to me. They also broke their alliance with eachother, although they haven't gone to war yet. I recently convinced them both to declare war on France again, but they haven't done much of anything since. Doesn't really matter I guess, as I've already completed my objectives and won the campaign. All that's left is the mopping up.

Most nations tend to turn toward the bigger side, but sadly in TW games most AI nations tend to fight me.
