    Default Changing faction colors

I wonder if someone could assist with this. I'm trying to change the faction colors of Rohan and Gondor and cannot seem to get the banners right. I know how to edit descr_sm_factions, but since 2.0 the banners in the strategic map are a serious obstacle to this.

Namely, when the primary_color is altered, the symbol on the banner in the strategic map has a colored square surrounding it. Even when the color of the square is painstakingly matched with that of the rest of the banner (by editing files in the "banners" folder), there remains a distinct square border surrounding the central faction symbol.

In short, it is now does not seem possible to change faction colors without the banners turning into eye-sores with the faction symbol encased in a weird square field. This problem was non-existent in 1.4.1.

I would like to appeal to anyone who may know what causes this, i.e. what changes were made to the banners in 2.0. Please help (believe it or not, this is ruining the game for me ).

I did change them both the first time. I don't think its the files since I've installed 2.1 twice and it happened on both occasions. I essentially changed Gondor to primary_color 56 56 56, secondary_color 220 220 220, i.e. from blue/white to gray/white.

I also tried copying over the "banners" folder from 1.4.1, the square changed colors accordingly with the rest of the banner this time (i.e. the swuare became transparent), but a distinct red square border was still there.
