Im wondering, how can I make the Varangian Guard and Scholarii recruitable from start in the early campaign ? I read through some threads, but it didnt make it more clear to me....

Remove the line / condition "and event whateveritwasnamedagain_laterancouncil 1". I'll assume those other topics told you which file to edit and how (the edb, with notepad++, after making a backup).
