    Default Kind of random

So I was playing the Europa 270bc campaign as the Scythians, and launched my total conquest of the steppes but it seems like I sort of got more than I was expecting. That being conquering a piece of Africa after my free pass to the northern territory. Damn Ruskies always have a thing or two up their sleeves

Can ye fellas give me any hints on how to give that part of Africa its own town? Feels kind off for me having a desert part of my fledgling empire

Disband the army in the settlement and raise taxes to very high and it should rebel?

I would do that if it were possible but that part of Africa you see on the bottom on the map is somehow a part of my most northern territory. And trying to add a settlement to that part of Africa keeps on proving fruitless

Raise the tax of that settlement then.. Or just leave it be haha

My only TW modding expierence is with Medieval II, but I'm 99.9999% positive that even if you altered the map and placed a settlement there (it's a multi step process, only complicated really the first two or three times) you would have to start a completely new campaign to reap the rewards. You'll just have to live with that wierd patch on the bottom of the map

edit - didn't see how old this was, sorry.
