No Mailed/Dismounted Mailed Knights

I've tried this with almost every european faction, I don't get mailed knights. Not in early or late era, RR/RC is off, and I've waited around for like 20 turns. I never remember having this trouble before, and Ik that asking makes me look like a noob, but I'm confused.

Open the EDB(export_descr_buildings.txt) file in the data folder of SS6.3 with notepad and type Ctrl+F(To open find box).
After that type in:-

Mailed knights

And if nothing shows up you know then that they are not in campaign.
If they are then might be blocked by some trigger based on historical accuracy etc.

Yeah normally I play with RR/RC cause it's just so awesome. I just decided to try it without for a change. So I'll just go back to my RR/RC and it's all good.
