I congratulate you on a new release. I would try it as soon as possible but neurotoxine is right. There is too much traffic on your Dropbox link and it has been temporarily disabled. Bardo, I'm not being able to download it, because gamefront has blocked the downloads from Portugal and some other countries like Spain, and moddb says "The file you have selected (LOTRTW_PATCH_v2.0_to_v3.0.exe) is not available via any mirrors. Please check backshortly as our servers update every 5 minutes."
Can you upload it to other mirror, like 4shared please?

Hey, I'm excited to play this mod... but I'm having a problem. I've done some minor modding such as creating new units, descr building, descr strat, etc... but still very inexperienced at this, so it's probably something dumb and obvious.

Followed the install instructions... when I open "C:\Documents and Settings\Rowenth\Desktop\RomeTW-ALX.exe" -mod;alexander/lotrtw , it tells me that "This application has failed to start because mss32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

In the new version 3.0, I can't seem to enslave/exterminate the population. When I conquer a settlement, I only see an option of occupying the settlement, and the population becomes 400.

Is there a way to change this??? Anyone, help, please?

Works Great !
And it's the best mod ever made IMO.
I love it that i can play the elves and dwarves in Campaign mode.
+ the models for the Hero's and Warg-Riders.

It installs files in the main data folder, but it does not overwrite any original file. It should work in same installation than other mod-foldered mods.

Another question Bardo,
Can it work without a cd? I normally never have my cd in my laptop since I always bring it with me. So it would be best for it to work without a Cd in my situation. I have the latest crack for alexander, will it work on it? Or it needs Cd to be able to work? I'm not expert in such things.

I bought the original a long time ago, online straight from CA's website so without a CD. Activating it is a pain in the ass so I just used "other methods" of playing when I got a new PC. So that works. I wish I bought it from Steam so I don't have to deal with it like this but they just started selling it on Steam last year I think.

OK I THIS IS IMPORTANT DOES THIS WORK ON WINDOWS 7 BECAUSE IT IS ALL INSTALLED AND WHEN I CHOOSE THE TEAMS IT DOSEN'T LET ME PLAY. IT SAYS THERE IS A PROBLEM BUT IT DOESNT TELL ME WHAT IT IS!!! I have windows 7 and it works well for me. I think you should try to download it again from other mirror and install it again... Also make sure that original ALX has all original files, because that can affect the mod. Im not a modder, but I still understend minor things about the topic. Good luck.
