Hey i downloaded the 3.02 patch, but what the hell am i suppose to do with it? it downloads as a attachment php but it won't let me unzip the file? it doesn't give me the option? can some one help out this stoner gamer please.

If someone had the problem of crash to desktop at start of the first campaign, and he/she was able to solve it, please post it here.
If there is someone that was unable to play the mod, I'm also interested to know, because I'm trying to create a new installer.

Hey guys i have a question i have rome total war gold edition from the app store with alexander expansion pack and etc... I dint have to much problems installing the 2.0 version of lord of the rings total war but the 3.0 version doesn't seem to work for mee could somebody pleas help me installing it I would be soo happy if i could play the newest version with al the cool new things

Moddb - did you try this one? Moddb works (best) if you sign to be a member (it's free). Never heard of it blocked in any countries.

Hi, I'm no sure if I have the latest 3.0 version. I have the one with free peoples militia unit problem and the not rotated Moria map...are these issues fixed already? I'd like to start a new free peoples campaign during the next weeks after I have finished my old Rohan campaign... ...thanks so much for this awesome mod!

I to am having the same issue. Ive tried quite a few times. The launcher has appeared on the desktop, I click it, it loads up the main screen then goes back to desktop

SOrry if this is a very late reply, but I've figured out how to install this awesome mod on steam. Since Steam installs Alexander in its own separate folder, wat you do is install it to the Alexander file in Steam/steamapps/common. then you want to go to steam, select the launcher and go to "Properties"
Click "set launch options" and you want to paste this into it -mod:alexander/lotrtw -show_err -nm

I would guess that, as with the vast majority of such posts, the solution to your problems lies in:
a) Read the installation directions carefully and then follow them carefully

b) Actually that should probably about do it for you I'd guess. BUUT... if everything else works except for the Historical Battles of the Last Alliance and Plennor Fields, then there's a small chance you could be running into limits in the capabilities of your hardware. But, probably make sure you completely follow the install instructions first.

You are right about imageshack, but some of the links where from dropbox that was still up and running. I linked one image from my dropbox in my previous post, and I can't see it either. I'll try another hosting as you suggest.

After a few years, I decided to play RTW1 one again, and your mod couldn't be left aside... I've missed it!
Are you going to release a new update or version ? I hope so. Anyway, thanks for this awesome mod!
