trying to install 1.3 patch but getting the "file cant open"

I have downloaded patch 1.3 for Medieval2 but when i click on the file, i get the screen "file cant be opened" and "wanna try with another program, opening it?" .. or something like that.


So then i thought, maybe the file was broken or something, so i downloaded from a new site.. but the same thing happens with that file.. i downloaded again and tried, now i get a zip folder "update3", but nothing in there will install the patch.. its stuff like "setup", "data1" and so on, but clicking on them only takes me to a med2 picture or some weird screen..

I downloaded and installed 1.2 patch without a problem, so i dont understand why 1.3 doesnt work..

Use Winrar or 7zip to open it, save it to your desktop, and run the setup.exe from there.
