RELEASED Minor Faction Revolutionary Flags

An expansion of the Italian States: Missing Flags Sub-Mod for DMUC 6.0 that will include all* minor factions, not just the Italians!

*not including Westphalia (revolts as Hessen), Hessen (not playable), Mexico, and Gran Columbia. If you really want a Hessian, Mexican, or Columbian flag, post a suggestion. Denmark and the Barbaries already have revolutionary flags. Thirteen Colonies, Louisiana, and New Spain cannot have revolutions. Native Americans never really had central government or flags (but got pretty close). Obviously also excluding the pirates;` those guys aren't even a country.

Install Instructions:

1. Backup C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\empire total war\data\campaigns\DMUC_Cmain\startpos.esf if you edited it. If you didn't touch it, it's safe to overwrite. Post if you want to incorporate this in your modified starpos. Instructions here: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...99#post8666199
2. Download the attachment and extract everything to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\empire total war\data\ (you need 7zip: http://www.7-zip.org/)
3. Overwrite startpos.esf when asked
4. Open DMUC Launcher --> DMUC Campaigns --> Custom Campaign
5. Add mod RF.pack; to your CC Script, above DMUC_Custom.pack; (don't forget the semicolon)
6. Run the CC and enjoy

What's the revolutionary flag of Hungary?

But with the German Flaggs it is easy. They have the one from the monarchy actual in vanilla game.

For the other states you can just use the ones they have now, because now we have democracy here in germany and that is just 180-150 years ago

Some of the flags are a little bit borring (just 2 colours, i would suggest to put the state emblem/coat of arms in the middle of the flag.

We're only adding revolutionary flags, not changing the ones already in DMUC I'm going to make a comparison of the real ones and the ones MatrixStorm did now.

BTW when its done i would like to add the Portuguese (as i will make it playable) Republic flag to my mod, ok?

6.2 and probably Causa Belli. Should work with 6.0 since they didn't change the startpos from then.
Might want to look at the Portuguese flag in the preview. It's not the modern one.

Well... i agree with that flag even it as never been the Portuguese Republic flag but yes the flag of the ministers of the republic, i agree because the current flags of the republics have a modern stile and empire tw is a game of the old times so i thing is better to use flags with old stile

Like the Hannover one, but would like to see the original coat of arms in the center.

Saxony has also a great coat of arms, but it would be better on the actual flag (white and green), that are also traditional saxonian colours.

Wurttemberg is good with black and red. But they have such a wonderful coat of arms, why not use it? The text means: fearless and loyal http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Wa...Crttemberg.jpg

Wurtemmberg... If we put the CoA on the flag, it would be the same as the monarchy flag!

First of all, thanks for the reactions everybody!
Expect some updates for some flags like Eastern flags and so.

About the historical part of the flags...

Most nations don't have a historical republican flag, so I just added some historical elements like coat of arms to other historical flags to create a new flag.
There is no need for a poll, because there are no historical republican flags.
If there were, I would have used them!

However, if you have suggestions, then please post them here!
