Well I was born in Southern Florida. Its a shame though my parents are foreigners in a sense (mom was raised in Canada) I have sort of a Southern Accent though Im from Kendall (a city near Miami). I dunno how but I have a ww2 reenacting friend who I always used to talk to, from Dalesville, and I got attached to my Southern Accent since then. Ive never spoken with that Northeastern Accent yet I kinda feel weird. At school it makes me go like "wtf!" when I hear people speak Spanish, though I know how to speak it. These Cubans then go and say "You from Cuba?" I mean there are so many people in this god damn city that weren't even born in this forsaken state!!!! what gives. Im like one of the few lucky people who were born here. :l
I mean how is Florida becoming Northern?I love that little yall and stuff. :l god be praised I aint from where demyankees are from.
Oh and this further reinforced my arguement when my Latin friends mom didn't think I spoke Spanish and started speaking slowly as If I didn't.
why is my state becoming the North. I did not come to the Earth to suffer this.
Southerners out of Florida dont consider us Southern anymore.
*We were the 3rd state to secede from the Union
*We had the only capital that didn't fall during the Civil war.
*We are the leader in agriculture in the South (Dammit aint that the whole definition of the South ya bafoon!)
*We say Pajahmas here, not pajamas like em northerners
*Waives arms
"TREAT MY STATE LIKE THE DAMN SOUTH YALL RETARDS!"
oh btw we are the only southern state to have a county called Dixie county.
Go to Homestead theyre southern. I admit even my city has gotten northern in a sense but hey! Drive 10 miles south and your back in business! We can just start building towns in the everglades and try to save the situation.
