a few questions regarding princess.

After playing this game for almost a year, I began with some "unconventional" style of playing...so now I turned my focus to usage of princess.
But since you can't recruit princess like you do to other units, I need to figure out how to get more princess at first place

I know there must be some mods doing this already, but I would like to know if I can do some change myself.

So here are some questions:
1. Is there a way to make princess available to every factions?
I noticed that some factions do not have princess at all, and vary on mods. So I guess there is a line in one file decide if a faction can have princess?

2. Is it possible to make every female in your family line a princess?

3. Is it possible to change gender rate in the family? like increase girls over boys
(I noticed in vanilla M2TW you get a lot more males than females, but in some mods it's about 50% of each)

4. Is it possible to make princess able to lure generals of different religions?

If it is possible to do things I just mention, I can have a lot of fun controlling "army of princesses" against my enemy generals

I'm sure there may be a way to do some of the things you have mentioned, but there may be an easier solution.

First, let's look at why you want Princesses? Is it for diplomatic reasons? If so (I know this is stupidly obvious), get more Diplomats. If it's to 'steal' Generals away from your rivals, try assassinating/bribing them? If it's to get a larger family, accept more adoptions?

I know this doesn't really answer your questions, but almost all uses for Princesses can be superseded with something else.

Because I already played with diplomatic and assassins before.

so now trying some unconventional style.

Well, because I saw some people was discussing minor modding here before. Sorry if I posted in wrong place.

You didn't necessarily post this question in the wrong forum - don't worry about that as all questions will be answered in time.

As far as I understand there is a mod that allows Princesses for the Muslim factions in M2. That might be the best place to start a search in these forums and the M2 Mod Forums. Be sure to search the Hosted Mods forums for both M2 and Kingdoms.

All of the other questions you asked are definitely mod questions and probably should be asked in the Mod Miscellaneous section - just PM one of the the Moderators of this forum and ask for this post to be moved there (Ishan is your best bet).

Yes there is a way to give all the factions princesses.

Maybe through the campaign_db but i'm not sure about this as i never tried.

Yes there is i Have tested that. There is a simple logic behind it.

You could, however, edit the starting family tree in desc_strat and give the faction leader 3 daughters and one son, then you could give him three underage daugthers and one son. That way he would be the faction heir and you would have 3 princess from the first generation. Once the king died, the heir's three underage daughters would become princess as they came of age. If you timed it right you could have 3 princesses for a long while. Just a suggestion, not really what you were looking for. Good luck!
